Our Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from olives grown and cold-pressed at our family orchard in Kalamata, Greece, then Cold Fused® with a classic blend of Tuscan herbs to deliver rich, savory flavor with exceptional freshness.
Using our proprietary Cold Fused® process, fresh garlic, rosemary, sage, oregano, and basil are pressed together with the olives at the mill — without any heat — allowing the natural oils and aromatics of the herbs to marry seamlessly with the olive oil. The result is a smooth, herbaceous extra virgin olive oil that captures the rustic character of Tuscan cuisine while preserving the integrity of true EVOO.
