Liokareas recommends consuming 15mL of our new HPEVOO per day to receive the health benefits research has supported around oleocanthal. Our HPEVOO has over 10x the phenolic content with oleocanthal than most EVOOs on the market. Based on the chemical analysis from our HPEVOO, the strong oleocanthal presence will combat disease and promote longevity with just a tablespoon a day. HPEVOO should be consumed straight or with food but it should not be heated. Liokareas also recommends refrigerating your HPEVOO to preserve the quality.

The quality of the oil is great

The quality of the oil is great. Your oil is worth the price; but it is pricey, especially for nowadays. I hope I’ll be able to keep up with it
I would suggest for those of us who keep buying it; Perhaps you can reduce the packaging or offer other options to help with the cost also the tops have been coming apart when opening the bottle.

Love this stuff!

The Liokareas Brand of High Polyphenol EVO is definitely my favorite for my daily shot. I can't always afford it, but it's a real treat when I am able to splurge. Love the peppery taste!
