Greek Kalamata Dressing

Greek Kalamata Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced Oilio kalamata olives or Oilio mixed olives batch
  • 2 tablespoons Liokareas extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to medium-sized bowl or jar and mix with fork. Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use. Will last up to 2 weeks.
