Liokareas recommends consuming 15mL of our new HPEVOO per day to receive the health benefits research has supported around oleocanthal. Our HPEVOO has over 10x the phenolic content with oleocanthal than most EVOOs on the market. Based on the chemical analysis from our HPEVOO, the strong oleocanthal presence will combat disease and promote longevity with just a tablespoon a day. I love your product

I love your product, but this is the second bottle and had a long neck. I hate it. It seemed tipsy from the beginning and then when pushing the cork in the bottle fell over and I lost way too much of the precious liquid. All over my counter, my clothes, the floor. Thankfully, the bottle did not break. I hate your new bottle. If there’s any way to send it in the old bottle in the future please please please do so. Love the product, but I can’t recommend it in its current bottle.

One Tablespoon

I take a Tablespoon everyday. My cholesterol is borderline, that is the reason I take it daily!

See the difference!

Just started on my 2nd bottle. I use 1 tablespoon a day, sometimes 2. I have seen a big difference in my joints, less stiffness, skin and I enjoy the bold flavor. Well worth the investment.
