Having never tried a high poly EVOO before, I really didn’t know what to expect or anticipate. I was excited to receive and try it! Wow…talk about a kick to the back of the throat!! The taste is crisp and smooth yet completely bold in kalamata flavor! It is a most delightful Elixir for Good Health and Life! I have been using this product religiously everyday for roughly 2wks as directed. Since doing so, I have noticed I was feeling a bit better inside. This is vital to me as I suffer from various autoimmune diseases which affect my joints, bones and heart, as well as having thyroid disease. Collectively, these issues wreak havoc on my body (as well as my emotions). Any and/or the least of improvements means a great deal to me and my ability to perform activities of normal daily function. I have been able to move a little better, feel less “full”, my skin looks clearer and my hair has started to regain some of the luster it had lost due to years of invasive medicines, issues and medical protocols. Ultimately, you have gained a new customer who plans to share this new find with others!

I'm very content with the Quality of this Olive Oil. Has a smooth taste great peppery back end. This is my 2nd Purchase. Great idea providing the shot glass, I been drinking a shot every morning for years and I only cook with Olive Oil. Great find.
